MSY Mutiara Laut offers fullboard meals on all cruises. The same attention to detail displayed in the schooner’s interior design is applied to the preparation and preparation of the onboard meals.
The spacious outdoor deck offers a magnificent setting for all meals: breakfasts under the canopy in the morning sun, ocean view lunches in the sea breeze and al-fresco dining under the stars.
Never mind the occasional bad weather, the cozy airconditioned lounge with its long dining table is always available indoors.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast is served as a buffet on deck or, in case of bad weather, indoors. Fresh bread is baked daily on board and is complemented with jams and spreads, sausages and bacon. Assorted cereals and sliced tropical fruits are offered daily and your eggs can be ordered any style.
Varying treats to start your day include croissants or muffins one day, yoghurt or pancakes the next. On top of that, the buffet is completed with a different traditional Indonesian breakfast dish as well.
Lunch
The well balanced lunch buffet presents different choices on offer every day, mixing Western and Asian cuisines to a refreshing blend that delights with innovative combinations.
Delicious Indonesian dishes alternate with Western classics, always prepared with consideration for balancing healthy ingredients with energy-packed dishes to support the active lifestyle on board.
Dinner
Much care is given to the preparation and presentation of the 3-course dinner, served on the plate and resulting in a 3-course fine dining experience not often found on other liveaboards. Always in search of the highest quality ingredients, our chefs scour local markets for fresh produce, fruits and vegetables and have it flown in if they can’t find it locally. High quality meats are imported from New Zealand or Australia, while the freshest fish and seafood is sourced locally, often directly from fishermen who come alongside the ship.
Afternoon snacks are prepared and made available to smother any little hunger or appetite. Special dietary requests and allergies are happily taken care off by simple request at the time of your reservation.
